BizClicQ provides creator tools such as scheduling, analytics, asset storage, AI assistance, notifications, and automation. These terms apply to your use of our web and mobile apps.
The Service
BizClicQ helps creators plan, analyze, and improve their TikTok content through tools like scheduling, trend discovery, analytics, and AI-assisted workflows.
Accounts
- You access BizClicQ using TikTok login (OAuth).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access.
- You agree not to share or misuse authentication credentials.
Acceptable Use
- Use BizClicQ only for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok policies.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or rate limits.
- No abusive behavior, malware, or unauthorized access attempts.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Web subscriptions are processed via Stripe Checkout and managed through the Billing Portal.
- Mobile subscriptions may be offered through in-app purchases (IAP) where supported.
- Refunds follow the payment platform’s policies (Stripe, App Store, Google Play).
AI Features
AI outputs are generated based on prompts, settings, and available context. AI may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Limitations
BizClicQ is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. We are not responsible for platform changes, third-party outages, or any loss resulting from reliance on AI output.
