You can request deletion of your BizClicQ account and associated data at any time. This page explains the steps and what happens after we verify your request.

How to delete your account

To protect your account, we can only process deletion requests sent from the email address associated with your BizClicQ account.

Step 1
Email support@bizclicq.com from your registered account email.
Step 2
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Step 3
Include your TikTok handle (and any identifier you used in BizClicQ, if applicable).
Step 4
We may reply to verify ownership before completing deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your BizClicQ profile and account settings.
  • Scheduled posts and saved drafts associated with your account.
  • Generated content history where applicable.
  • Uploaded media references and associated stored content where applicable.

Some information may be retained if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes.

Retention

Security logs and backups may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and compliance. After that period, the data is purged according to our retention process.

Verification & timeline

  • We verify ownership before processing deletion.
  • Deletion is typically completed within 7 days after verification.
  • If we need additional information, we’ll contact you at your registered email.
